Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree. n.196\/2003 \u201cCode regarding the protection of personal data\u201d \u2013 and EU Regulation 679\/2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 \u2013 General Data Protection Regulation (\u201cRGPD\u201d) (hereinafter Privacy Code and GDPR are collectively referred to as “Applicable Regulations”), URBYETORBIT S.R.L.S intends to describe the methods of managing the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The processing is always based on principles of lawfulness and correctness in compliance with all current regulations and suitable security measures are adopted to protect the data. The information is provided only for the URBYETORBIT S.R.L.S website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. They are independent data controllers and therefore please refer to their sites.<\/p>\n

Personal data will be processed in the following ways:<\/p>\n

\nThe data will be processed by collaborators and employees of URBYETORBIT S.R.L.S designated “Data Processors” who have received adequate operating instructions.<\/p>\n

D \u2013 Data communication<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason. The electronic archive relating to promotional communications is stored on Italian territory and consequently no transfer of personal data outside Italy takes place.<\/p>\n

For the purposes referred to in the previous letter A:<\/p>\n

\u2013 personal data may be processed by individuals within the Company, in their capacity as Representatives, only if the processing is necessary for the performance of their duties by carrying out only the operations necessary for the performance of the tasks themselves.<\/p>\n

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.<\/p>\n

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.<\/p>\n

Within the limits of the applicable legislation, you have the right to request, at any time, access, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or the updating or rectification of obtaining the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code and article 12 of EU Regulation 2016\/679).<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the same articles, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.<\/p>\n

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right to obtain information at any time.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the Applicable Regulations, you have in any case the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data) if you believe that the processing of Personal Data is contrary to current legislation.<\/p>\n
